▸By using byte-wear.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
▸If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

// PRODUCTS

▸All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
▸We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price at time of order placement is binding.
▸Product images are illustrative. Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration.
▸"Limited" edition products are produced in a fixed batch. Once sold out, they may not be restocked.

// ORDERS

▸An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. Orders are accepted upon dispatch.
▸We reserve the right to cancel orders if a pricing error occurs, if payment cannot be verified, or if the product is unavailable.
▸Orders above €150 may require manual confirmation before fulfilment (displayed at checkout).
▸Payment is processed via Stripe. We do not store card details.

// SHIPPING

▸Products are printed-on-demand. Estimated delivery times are displayed on the Shipping page.
▸We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control.
▸Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch.

// RETURNS

▸Products are made-to-order. As permitted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c), made-to-order goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse.
▸If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@byte-wear.com within 30 days of delivery. We will replace or refund the item at no cost.
▸Lost-in-transit claims: contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date.

▸Our API (GET /api/v1/products) is freely usable for personal and commercial applications. Reselling or scraping the API for competitive intelligence is prohibited.
▸Digital Product Passport data may be reproduced for informational purposes with attribution.

// LIABILITY

▸To the extent permitted by law, ByteWear is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or products.
▸Our total liability for any claim is limited to the order value of the relevant transaction.
